"So you could say that all my interests are at the far end of stereotypically male. I used to joke that if I didn’t know for a fact I was female I would think I was male based on all my interests. However I have never wanted to be a man."

Hi, as I was reading through this very interesting and personally provoking chain of comments, I want to chip in and join the discussion. I also chose Science subjects as I was interested in them the most given the very mutually exclusive subject choices presented to us, I also have a traditionally analytical job, and I live and want to live in my own terms throughout my life. I'm sorry, but if someone says me my interests are male-leaning or even leaning towards men's interests, I'll very much like to smash up their brains and look for what is wrong inside those. Feelings, interests and life choices have no sex, no gender, and traditional people are very very stupid to try to assign gender/sex to those.

Male, female, intersex etc. are biologically assigned sexes, and are pure random things/accidents and man, woman etc. are society's gender boxes, completely made up by powerful/privileged people of all the time with the passive support of morally weak/broken people. Most people, since the dawn of earth, are not fitting into these boxes, so many people have been continuously protesting against these boxes/norms, it's not a new/unnatural thing. And, male and men are not the same, female and women are entirely different.

Yes, it's true that I don't understand gender dysphoria, not even 1% most probably, but I want to learn about that. And, no one should dictate other's life choices, no one got the authority to be the judge for the extent of rights that can be "given" to transgender people. It's freaking insane.

Not the initial for Man/Male. After all, this letter is not only reserved for that. It's the initial of my name, and I am a woman.
