It's actually there in many other countries. But if you belong to that country and point that out, you are a traitor (dunno to who though, I am meaning well for the fellow citizens, but may be the powerful men and their preferres family are the only faces of the country). If you point that out in any other country, well your nose is too long, it needs to be cut short, so that you learn a lesson and mind your own freaking business.
