😂 First learn the dictionary meaning of sexism. Then look outside your circle, the kind of women you see in your life in many of the cases reflect your own preference. Look at the women working in tech and construction and what not and enjoying those fields, mending those fields towards betterment. Then comment.
(I also work in the tech field for your kind info. And, I am not that much of an exception, instead I was just not brought up with gender roles, expectations and limitations imposed on me.)
